Free shipping is offered on every single product in our store. If you would like to upgrade your shipping speed, shipping upgrades are available during checkout. Please contact hello@greekletterco.com if you are planning on purchasing overnight or 1-day express shipping to ensure that is possible. Â

Processing Time VS. Shipping Time
Processing time is the amount of time it takes to fulfill your order. This time does not include shipping time. If you upgrade your shipping speed, it does not upgrade your processing time. Information on increasing processing time is listed below. The most updated processing times will be on the listing of the specific item.Â
If you would like to increase your processing time, rush processing is available to purchase on each specific listing. If there is not an option to rush your order on the listing, it is not offered for that specific item at this time. Rush processing is temporarily turned off when we are experiencing high order volumes.Â

Return Policy

All of Greek Letter Co.'s products are made to order. Due to the custom and personalized nature of our products, we do not accept returns. However, if you are unhappy with your order, please contact our customer service team by emailing hello@greekletterco.com.Â
Damages and issues
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.

Exceptions / non-returnable items
Greek Letter Co. does not accept returns at this time. Unfortunately, we also cannot accept returns on sale items or gift cards.Â
